I am Khaled Sherif, an experienced Agile Coach and Project Manager, speaker, mentor and trainer. I have been in the Project Management field for Software and Technology projects for the last twenty years. My journey with the profession took me to four different countries on three different continents! In my beautiful native Egypt, Kuwait, The United States and finally in my current and future home, our great country Canada!

I am a firm believer that proper education is the best investment a person can make for their career. I experienced that by myself as my parents invested in me by giving me the best education available despite being average middle-class parents. I strive to make the same investment for my children too. Providing quality education and training is my sincere passion, and it is why I founded Triangile!

Throughout my journey in Project Management, I concluded that Agile is the best answer to delivering complex products. My journey in managing tech projects started as a heavy-weight waterfall project manager. Writing long Status Reports, weekly or monthly. I was filling up a long list of RAID logs with all the Issues, Risks, Dependencies and Assumptions. In the end, none of that saved the project and for the most part, none of the project stakeholders cared to read them! Around 2010, I learned about Agile methodologies, as it was the industry's answer to save failed projects from drowning. I did a lot of reading and research on all Agile Frameworks, From Scrum to Kanban, to XP, Lean FDD and TDD. Of all these Frameworks, Scrum resonated well with me. I started to enforce my learning through official education and training. I took my CSM course and certification in 2017, and since then, I have not looked back to Waterfall methodologies. I significantly changed my career to be a Scrum Master / Agile Coach. I continued my Agile learning and certification. 2018 I obtained the PMI-ACP certification in 2019 CSPO, 2021, A-CSM, 2022, SAFe-POPM and CSP-SM. Throughout these years, I managed and coached many scrum teams in different industries, including some of the top 500 Fortune companies, such as the Tech leader in Computer and printer manufacturing, HP and the pharmaceutical giant Hoffman-LaRoche.
